The online order form was simple and easy to use. Due to availability of flowers, I was sent a an email to notify me what flower substitutions would occur and how it would effect the arrangement. They were kind enough to send me a picture of the final product upon my request and it turned out better than expected!
The floral arrangement was delivered as expected and the recipient was also happy with how beautiful it was!
